Once you purchase additional credits, you're enrolled in auto-upgrade for the remainder of your contract. This means if you exceed your total capacity (included + purchased credits), you'll automatically be upgraded in 1,000-credit increments.
Can I downgrade my credit purchases mid-contract?
No, once you've purchased additional credits and are enrolled in auto-upgrade, you cannot downgrade mid-contract. The auto-upgrade commitment lasts for the duration of your contract.
